About
Rebuilding the relationship rather than managing a teenager
During adolescence, familiar control stops working while new agreements are not yet established. The course helps parents understand developmental tasks, their own reactions and the cycle in which conversation becomes pressure, protest or silence.
For whom
Parents who want to protect connection
For parents facing conflict, lower study motivation, withdrawal, intense emotion, screens, broken agreements or anxiety about their teenager’s future.
- Conversations quickly become arguments
- The teenager has withdrawn or protests
- There is more control and less effect
- Support and pressure are hard to distinguish
Organisation
How often and where
10–15 weekly sessions of around 75 minutes. The programme may be individual for one or two parents, small-group, online or in person in Warsaw. Brief observations and practical tasks are offered between sessions.
