About
Psychology in the language of real situations
We work with what happens at school, at home, in friendship and online rather than abstract definitions. Brief theory connects directly with exercises, drawing, movement, role practice and discussion.
For whom
Teenagers who want to understand themselves better
The programme suits ages 10–16 who find it difficult to name feelings, tolerate emotional intensity, set boundaries, ask for support or move through conflict.
- It is hard to understand what is happening to me
- My mood changes quickly
- It is difficult to say no
- School or relationships create a lot of tension
Organisation
How often and where
10–15 weekly sessions. Individual sessions last about 60 minutes and groups up to 90 minutes. Online and in-person Warsaw formats are possible; age groups are confirmed before launch.
Content
What we discuss and practise
The programme moves from recognising emotion to regulation and communication.
- Emotions and body signals
- Tension, anxiety and recovery
- Self-worth and the inner critic
- Boundaries, consent and refusal
- Conflict and reconnection
- Support, friendship and loneliness
Coming in
What participants often bring
Feeling misunderstood, repeated conflict, friendship difficulties, anxiety, study overload, shame about self-expression or difficulty explaining their experience to adults.
Leaving with
What remains after the programme
A wider emotional vocabulary, a personal self-regulation map, practice in communicating boundaries and a clearer way to ask for help. Not a promise that difficulties disappear, but practical supports for growing up.
